IMPORTANT: Many people report that it takes time to experience the benefits of grounding. While some notice positive effects immediately, others may take longer. For this reason, we recommend using our products regularly for about one month before assessing the results for yourself.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Eden Root products, we offer a full refund, minus shipping costs, within 30 days of purchase.
IMPORTANT: To qualify for a refund, the returned product must include all components, especially the grounding cord, as we test these upon return.

Shipping Policy Details
All orders are eligible for return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be in their original packaging and include all accessories that came with the product. You will also need to provide a receipt, proof of purchase, or order number.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@edenroot.co. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it.
Returns
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Beyond 30 days, returns are accepted only for verified manufacturer defects for customers who have registered for the extended warranty.
To complete your return, please provide your order number and a reason for the return. This helps us continuously improve, but the reason can be anything.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories (such as grounding cords, safety adaptors, or outlet testers). Lost or stolen items from your delivery location are not covered, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed as store credit or refunded to your original payment method.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
For ease, we recommend returning unused items and placing a new order instead of requesting an exchange. However, if you prefer an exchange, contact us at support@edenroot.co.
What is the Restocking Fee?
We do not charge a restocking fee. Many competitors do, but at Eden Root, we value your satisfaction.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
